Billing questions
Why does Paddle appear on my receipt?
Paddle is the merchant of record for Jimby. They take the payment, handle sales tax and VAT for your country, and send the invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account page, any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free.
What counts as work use?
Using Jimby for a business: your company's Macs, or Macs you look after for clients. Helping family and friends counts as personal.
Do you offer refunds?
If Jimby doesn't work for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you.
